Order processing
Stattics dispatches orders within 1–2 working days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Every order is sent tracked, and a tracking link is emailed on dispatch.

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked.

International orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so the price paid is normally final. In exceptional cases, such as a change in local customs rules or a carrier’s clearance requirement, duties or fees may need to be collected before delivery. If this happens, contact hello@stattics.com with the order number and Stattics will help resolve it.
Delays and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during peak periods such as Black Friday and December. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact hello@stattics.com with the order number and Stattics will investigate with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Stattics cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.
